Ray Skara from Power Rooter convinced me to try again (I was inclined to have a tv truck come out and get ready for some excavating). Ray came up and was able to un-clog the drain.
Ray was very professional and informative. Throughout the process Power-Rooter was good in communicating. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ray was able to get here within the hour and fix our toilet so we could make it to the wedding on time. It was also about $200 less than other companies were quoting us over the phone. We would definitely use them again.

He was able to rod from a different drain than any other plumbers had thought of. He pulled out several tree roots and worked super hard to ensure that the pipe was clean. Definitely worth the price. Would definitely use again.
